About UnitedTribe

Different paths. One purpose.
One Tribe.

UnitedTribe didn’t begin in a boardroom. It began through years of working alongside people.

Where UnitedTribe Began

Listening, learning, and seeing a better way

Working alongside participants, families, support workers, nurses, and coordinators revealed something crucial: we saw the moments where great support can completely change someone’s day and also the moments where the system could simply do better.

Our Team

Experience built with heart

Our team came together from very different corners of the disability and healthcare sector. But we kept seeing the same thing. People deserved better. Better communication. Better consistency. Better relationships. Better leadership. And above all, support that still feels human.

Clinical Care

Among us is a Registered Nurse who has spent years caring for people when they are at their most vulnerable.

25+ Years Experience

There is more than 25 years of experience in disability and community services, bringing a lifetime of practical knowledge and an understanding of what quality support really looks like.

NDIS Leadership

There is leadership and operational experience built through working with participants, providers, teams and organisations across the NDIS.

Community Connection

And there is a deep connection to community the kind that comes from genuinely knowing people, bringing people together and caring about what happens after the shift ends.

Why UnitedTribe

Great support is rarely created by one person.

It happens when participants, families, workers, health professionals and communities come together around the same goal. The participant is at the centre, but nobody should have to navigate life alone.

We saw an industry full of incredible people, but also an industry where participants can sometimes feel like numbers, families can feel unheard and support workers can feel disconnected from the bigger purpose of the work they do.

We believed our combined experience could help change that, even if we could only make things better for one person, one family and one community at a time. And that is where UnitedTribe began. To us, a tribe represents belonging, trust, connection and people looking out for one another. That philosophy shapes the way we work.

How We See Support

Good support isn’t about taking over someone’s life. It’s about helping them live more of it.

We don’t want to simply fill shifts. We want to understand the person behind the support plan. What makes them laugh. What matters to them. What independence looks like for them. What they want to achieve. What makes them feel safe. Who they want around them. And what a genuinely good life looks like on their terms.

Experience With Heart

It’s what we choose to do with that experience.

Our backgrounds give us knowledge across clinical care, disability support, service delivery, operations, workforce management, community connection and the NDIS.

But experience alone isn’t what UnitedTribe is about. It’s what we choose to do with that experience.

We want to build services where participants feel listened to, families feel confident, workers feel valued and everyone understands that quality care is built through relationships not just policies and rosters.

Our Promise

What We Believe

We believe in doing the small things properly.

  • Showing up.
  • Listening.
  • Communicating.
  • Keeping our word.
  • Matching the right people together.
  • Being there when things become difficult.
  • Celebrating progress that might seem small to somebody else but means everything to the person achieving it.
  • And continually asking ourselves: Can we do this better?
Our Vision

This is only the beginning.

UnitedTribe was created with a much bigger vision than becoming another disability support provider. We want to build a community. A place where people can find the right support, develop independence, experience new opportunities, build meaningful relationships and feel genuinely connected to the world around them.

We know we won’t change an entire industry overnight. But if our experience, compassion and commitment can make life better for the people who choose to be part of UnitedTribe, then we believe we’re building something worthwhile.

Together, we Ignite Your Potential. Welcome to UnitedTribe.
